Bought a ticket with wrong details and called in 5 minutes to cancel purchase and get a refund
I bought a ticket for 684 euros with wrong details and called in 5 minutes to cancel the purchase and get a refund. Then I am told that I will be charged 80 euros for the refund process. Ridiculous! any other company will do an immediate cancelation of the transaction. But that’s not the end of it. After 1 month we started calling and emailing them several times about when the refund will be made. 4 Months we've been waiting so far and today the same information I get. 'The refund will be processed but no date by when.'
So, conclusion, stay away., do not use this tricky company. Many other reviews can be found that they did not provide flying service or refunds even after 9 months.
