Estimated delivery time 10-20minutes. Expected delivery time after placing an order 1h30min. Which was useless because we needed dinner for our kid. I contacted restaurant and pyszne straight away but they are refusing to return money because delivery time in their "language"doesn't mean delivery time, but customer experience even though the restaurant stated that only the ride to my place take min 30min, so 10-20 min is obviously a lie. I would be ok with few min delay but not this. So now I don't have food or my money.
