Cheaters . Dirty cars . Bad customer support. My insurance company rented the car for me. The driver drove the car to the pick-up point. The car was dirty outside and inside due to bad weather . The driver said I don’t need to clean it. But I cleaned the car after all. It stayed with me only 2 days, so it can’t get dirty. They asked me to leave the car after the rental period ended at the bmw salon to pick it up. The car was clean . Then I received an invoice to pay for cleaning. They sent a random picture to say it was me who left it dirty, but without any proof, it was after me. It’s just a picture taken by their driver. It’s ugly customer support and basically a cheap way of stealing money from people
